2005 Limited Roadster with the same problem. Haven't had it done yet but I am going to have mine replaced within the next couple of weeks. Car was originally register in Florida so it is covered by the warranty. (You may want to do a forum search on Top replacement- a lot of useful info from guys who have had it done with & without the warrany) I stopped by Tate Chrysler in Glen Burnie last fall to inquire about the warranty and the replacement process and was informed that Tate sends the car out to Shoreline Awning & Trim 2511 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122 (410) 437-4464. Several years back when the top on the Sebring needed replacing I checked out Shoreline and was very impressed with their operation. Hope this helps.
