Attached (note - I'm having trouble with the attachment feature for this forum) is Chrysler's "basic limited warranty" for a 2004 Crossfire coupe. On page 15 it lists some items that are not covered.

Most warranties have exclusions for parts list this because they are considered to be part of scheduled maintenance. About all you can do is hope to get a kind service manager...good luck!
