WTF
does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do besides go to other dealerships cuz i have been there and done that.
My buddy also has a base coupe like mine. His driver side window had an half inch gap from the window to the B-pillar. The "5 star" dealer tried to fix it a few times by adjusting the door striker. Now the gap is almost gone. However, going through the car wash, the water leaks. That is a big problem. Is water going to get inside the door and freeze in winter time??? According to this Fu#@*ng dealer, it is under the specification, therefore, nothing will be done to correct it. Since the gap is in the bottom of the window, wind noise is not a big factor. After 3-4th visit to the dealer everything has gotten better. However, now something is rubbing against the door. Hence, the squeaking noise. My friend tried to lemon law this car but he didn't win. As for myself, I love this car. I had minor problems but it is all fixed. I just feel so bad about Chrysler the company for neglecting all crossfire customers with their needs. I think there is one mechanic at this dealer I purchased that is qualified to work on crossfires. Can we get together as a group and voice our disappointments towards Chrysler the company and the dealership/service?? I have purchased my vehicle based on love of this car from everyone at this forum and reading edmunds forum.
