Default Re: Water Pump failing at 32k miles

Rockauto lists several, including the Bosch :
2005 CHRYSLER CROSSFIRE Water Pump

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE CORRECT ONE !
THEY ARE DIFFERENT FOR THE NA AND SRT6

Also, if you are gonna DIY :
Remove the fan assembly ( 2 clips, one wiring plug ), cover the radiator with some cardboard to keep from dinging it with tools.
Drain the radiator and catch the fluid if you are gonna reuse it.
Lay the new pump on the bench, place each bolt in the proper hole as they are removed from the old one.
Transfer all the bolts back to the old pump when you get it on the bench.
Attach the new pump with the proper length bolts from the proper location in the old pump.
