I just did mine and my car only has 35k.Ala has some great advice, I did the same with the bolts.
I put them in the new pump as I pulled them out of the old one. Then once I had the old one out, I sat them side by side and transferred them back to the old.
I would advise getting a OEM gasket, the one that came with my pump was wimpy.
Also, my car has the damper for the belt and a bracket that attaches to it for wiring. None of those holes were tapped. So, make sure you tap them before you instal.
I did not remove the fan and I had no problem with room.
