Think since 1996 the basic things have been standardised with ODB-II. Torque on my phone has no problen reading the available parameters and and trouble codes for the Crossfire. True there are a lot less available than for my '12 Jeep but it does not need to know what the car is to read them.
That's the simple answer, the more complex one is that every manufacturer also has undocumented codes and parameters and these
seem
to be Chrysler. Folks doing tuning probably know.
