Of course I know they made them in Osnabruck, I lived about 30 minutes from the manufacturing plant!
Thing is, I'm not sure if it's really cheaper in Germany to be honest. I mean, my dad checked and even though Chrysler is not the most popular brand overseas the Crossfire prices are surprisingly high there and considering the favorable Euro to Dollar exchange rate he might get a better deal buying in the US, then having it "transported" to Germany even with all the added fees!
Btw, not sure if you have ever been to Germany, but their cars are not right hand drive and they also drive on the same side of the road as us!
