Do not go in for an oil change, that'd be wasteful... There's one quart between min and max lines. You should probably find out where the oil is going, but the valve cover gasket is the common culprit, and easy to spot from the top of the engine. Mine leaks about .5qt between oil changes so I probably won't mess with it until it either gets worse, or I change the spark plugs.
