Re: new to forum, ease of SRT6 to work on and reliability inquiry
thank you everyone for getting back to me. Im glad to here its user friendly and you can be hands on and work on your own vehicle. Too many times I had considered Audis (S4s specifically) and then they had some crazy maintenance thing to deal with, like the Biturbo S4 to do the timing belt you need to remove the entire front of the car (bumper, radiator, radiator support etc) So then I saw the 4.2 V8 S4 at a dealer for cheap and thought, "hey maybe this is a good one" Wrong, the timng chain tensioner needs to be changed every 90k miles and its on the back of the engine near the firewall and the engine needs to be removed..
Anyway enough complaining, I will begin my further research of the SRT6.
Would anyone be able to tell me off hand what the power limits are of the drivetrain parts?
