Had same issue! Had all parts repainted by a reputable body shop in the same color they were. While they were at it I also had them do my door handles, which had the same peeling going on. Came out like new and was cheap!
That's probably the best fit unless you want to wrap them in vinyl like some members here have done or get Chrome overlays!
