Donovan hasn't said much about the delay but from bits and pieces of information, it seems that when the first set of camber arms came in they went looking for a car to install them on. Found one, installed them, weren't happy with the amount of adjustment or clearance or whatever, so they were redesigned. New prototypes made and installed on the same or another test car. I don't have the facts, reading between the lines and words has lead me believe I'm close to the heart of the matter. How close are we to the release? Don't know.
