nope; the switch is different (no slot for the rear fog lamp fuse) and the wiring is not there.

midlife; that's right... have a single reverse lamp on the passenger side. the fog lamp is set into the drivers side reverse lamp (for US)... i have been told the fog lamp should be mounted on whichever side of the car is closest to the center divider on the road... eg. UK cars have rear fog lamps on the right side of the car because they drive on the left.
