thanks for that information, I have a Miata and this is noisy but the xfire was much louder that's why the query, I wet back to the dealer and checked the wear and the tyres are 75% worn out, I also found the original owner and they said the tyres were fairly old as they use the car only on weekends so not much use, and the rubber has gone quite hard. I came to the US and purchased an Austin Healey some 15 years ago, and had a great time in Huston with the cars owner. But to us Aussies its a bit mind blowing as we have to multiply every thing we have here by 15, 15 more cars, 15 times roads, cities that are at least 6 times larger, like I said mind blowing, Inter state roads dual lane all the way, most of ours go into very close to country back roads. My home town of Adelaide is about 1.2 million, there is 3 crossfires for sale and probably a total of say 10 - 20 cars. Mind blowing!!! thanks again Saltiga
