I'll answer my own question then. I checked with a CS at Mobil 1 and indeed European Car Formula is not eligible Frown
I'm not sure I believe that user / the rep they talked to, because the more expensive and just as commonly sold TDT oil is eligible. But a heads up nonetheless!
