A 2.84 (give or take) rearend would be awesome matched with our 6 spd. At a stop I always start in 1st. I do not like lugging engine or slipping the clutch and the extra wear on the throw out bearing. The 1st is alittle low but it works good in traffic jams on interstate. I thought about a 3.07 from a srt but that drops 200 rpm @75 mph
