i personally added a radio adapter for an aux in , which works just fine ,though its a bit quieter, but it allowed me to keep the stock head unit ,which is more my style since i dont like aftermarket stereos. i put the aux port in the middle console and usb plug in there as well. then i added a Bluetooth dongle to the aux so now i connect it via Bluetooth which fixed my volume issue .
