Luckily, I have both - an '05 Durango and an SRT-6. But, just a couple of things to keep in mind that haven't been mentioned:

The SRT has 85K on it - I would bet it needs a transmission service as that often gets overlooked - estimate about $500 if a shop does it.

I would bet that at least the left motor mount is shot - you will be able to tell if the shifter pulls forward when you get on it, or pop the hood and rev the car while under a load and see if the left side of the engine lifts abnormally high (be very careful if you do it this way) - estimate about $450 if they (the shop) only change the left, maybe $600 if they do both.

Still, if you want to get into a rare, two door rocket, it would be a good trade if you have something else to use to get around in the snow.
