I see that the three stops are missing in the pulley, did that occur when the pulley was in use?
The three stops are the first things that went, I was told that it wasn't anything of concern and it never seemed to cause issue.
I hadn't bothered measuring the diameter of the bearing, and it's on it's way back to Eurocharged as of 4:15PM. Both the pullies and the bearings look damn near identical though between my post and the picture that you've shared.
