Another thing to consider : check your state laws on licensing a 'rebuilt title' vehicle.
I checked mine ( Alabama ) and our law says you can't license an out of state rebuilt vehicle unless you have an "instate licensed rebuilder"
sign off on it and submit 40 or 50 stupid forms, then have it inspected.
