OK, if not a documentary on 5 Star dealers. How about a "HOW TO" video, so that the Chrysler tech's can actually "see" the correct way to work on our cars. (Of course you would probably have to fly to Germany first, or, simply go to the nearest Mercedes dealer to actually find someone who can).
