Basically you will need to return that yellow card in your owner's manual for the lemon law process to start. Then have DC start a car ticket for you so everything can be documented. Then I would definitely recommend seeing an attorney to advise you every step of the way or to even take over. Most lemon laws require that the car was out of service for more than 30 days and/or if they tried to fix the same exact problem 3 times or more and you gave them one more chance to fix it. I would definitely consult an attorney. You will have time limits and mileage limits, etc that will go against you. Good luck, keep us posted.
