Thanks for the compliments, it's pretty simple to make, and easy to custom fit to whatever your favorite cup is. I used an inch and a half aluminum so it would be stable. I like the foam on the back which was an after-thought. It's a little inconvenient reaching back but it beats putting your soda between your legs and it gets it out of the way in a car that is a little limited on space. And it's not bolted on, easy to remove. Sometimes a simple idea works pretty well.


I made one for my dune buggy, just a hoop over the hump in the floor pan with two cup circles, I didn't even need a bottom for that one, the floor is the bottom. You can put it where you want so it's not in the way.
