My 64 has a problem with the dash panel lights. They all work with the exception of the lighting around the two rotating ***** controlling the fan speed and the air flow direction. The control **** that controlls the illumination does not make any difference. How can I get access to change the bulbs if they have blown, or is there a better explanation on getting them to work, Thanks.
