My fog lights would not turn off. There's a short and that whole light panel needs replacing. Chrysler is charging 800.00 for parts/labor saying whole panel needs replacing.

Anybody else have this issue with lights just not turning off then draining battery? Would like to find a local mechanic near fort myers, Florida to look into this.
