Mark, I recently had a good experience at our local Chrysler dealer :
I took the top letter to them, they ordered me a new top without even looking at my car.
4 days later it arrived and I picked it up and installed it myself ( with maxcichon's expert guidance and assistance ).
I then took Annie back to them and they did a 4 wheel balance with one of those road force balancers for $40
and didn't scratch or nick anything. They even used my torque wrench to put the wheels back on instead of the impact wrench.
Service manager there said "No problem, if that car was mine, I want it done right too."
