It's shocking to see how many people on this forum had absolutely miserable experiences with Chrysler dealerships. I don't get that as I would think a skilled and trained master mechanic from Chrysler would be able to work on our cars or at least read the service manual to know what's going on.
And if that is not the case, they should at least admit that they have no idea what they are doing and so it would be better advised to take the car to a Merc repair shop.
Of course I would never drop my car off at a Chrysler dealership for even a simple thing as an oil change. My parents purchased a Chrysler Town and Country last year and so while we were looking at the cars I had to drive my Crossfire on the dealership lot....immediately my car and I felt a bad aura that surrounds the Chrysler dealership LOL. It's like a pig in the slaughterhouse!!!
