And if that is not the case, they should at least admit that they have no idea what they are doing and so it would be better advised to take the car to a Merc repair shop.

Of course I would never drop my car off at a Chrysler dealership for even a simple thing as an oil change. My parents purchased a Chrysler Town and Country last year and so while we were looking at the cars I had to drive my Crossfire on the dealership lot....immediately my car and I felt a bad aura that surrounds the Chrysler dealership LOL. It's like a pig in the slaughterhouse!!!
I know a guy at a my MB shop I use to get work done of the crossfire when I cant do it who worked at a Dodge/Chrysler dealership as a tech and long story short.

The tech's HATE THIS CAR, when it came out and Daimler told them they would have to send 2 techs to school to get certified to work on this car NOBODY wanted to volunteer to go and do it. Main reason being there was no incentive (money) to do it and secondly they weren't paid to work on MB's. MB techs obviously make more money then Dodge/Chrysler tech. They did not care for this car because they considered it a MB, and of course a MB tech looked at it and considered it a Chrysler.

Chrysler weren't sad to see it go along with Daimler MB.
