I'm guessing exhaust, most stereo upgrades don't involve "bolt on" parts. It will be hard to do anything non permanent or easily reversible for that money. The options are CAT back exhaust kits from several makers, deleting the CATs, changing the muffler, deleting the resonator. Deleting things probably would not cost a ton but undoing it would entail bigger bucks.
