I too had very bad brake pedal feel. With a helper we bled all four calipers and got lots of air out of all four lines. That solved our problem. I can't say how the air got in the lines as it is my Dad's crossfire and he may have added fluid to a low resevoir at some point.

$88 is not a bad price considering the liability they assume by doing the work.
