Lucky you. I was stonewalled many times by the local dealership and told absolutely no help from Chrysler. Paid $1,800 for a real top with a lifetime guarantee. What a ridiculous design around the rear window by Chrysler, heat or no heat. Love my 2006 Roadster, purchased new in 2008, not a fan of Chrysler custome care.
