I put Conti. DWSs on at the 12,000 mile mark cause the OEM Contis. Were horrible in the snow. Now, at the 25,000 mile mark (13,000 on the DWSs) the DWSs looks like I'll be lucky to get another 10,000 miles out of them....only about 4 32nds left. Now our 3,800 pound Escape 4x4 240 horse Turbo has 22,000 miles on it & it's OEM ContiProContact 235/45/19s still have 8 32nds left suggesting .....80,000 mile potential?????
What gives? I drive the AWD ESCAPE TURBO just as lively as I do the XF......why the hell do XFs eat tires so much....even wear.....doesn't look like an alignment issue.

There is a ProContact 275/40/19......would that fit on the back of the XF?
