As I recall in Florida you can switch your tags over, I know that is the case in Tennessee. Most everything else you have asked about has been answered.

Regarding the switching of tags in FL ... you might be right with that one, will check it out on the DMV.
Hahahaha, you never know, at the end I might really end up with yours
sell mine (cause 2 convertibles does not make sense) and than look for another good deal in the future.
