I was going through the same dilemma. I started to look couple of days ago. It was between a base '05 with 16K on the odo for $21,999 or an '04 (which is limited) with 23K on the odo for $19,999. Made the deal on the '04 which sits in my driveway now. Both amounts are asking prices from which the negotiation began.
