Rdooley, It sounds like it could be your SKREEM but for me, Mrmiata and Speedy4x4 were right, I looked up how to open up your fob and discovered the little black plastic piece that I thought was a piece of plastic that broke off when I opened it, was actually the transponder. I put that little guy back in, and bingo, she started right up. Thanks, Speedy and Mrmiata. Dave
