The only thing that bothers me here is this 'Front bumper work'.... other than that, I'd think that car would have brought at LEAST $10,000 from one of us on here. EVEN if you were HONEST about all the other stuff.
I'd guess that new pads and bleeding would have fixed the brakes. (I have put 225,000 on a car without putting rotors on it - I kinda get the idea you believe too much of what garages say...)
The headliner is a common issue, nothing worth selling a car over, same for a bad battery or coolant sensor. The wing leaking is almost universal with SRT6 coupes! Depending in mileage, I would also point out that A/C that does not cool well CAN be crud in the condensor or radiator, inhibiting air flow. This was hte case with my GMC truck, had bugs and crap in the radiator fins. Changed radiator and the cooling was better for the engine AND the A/C got cold!
Not to be offensive, but I agree with others, maintenance is something you do on a continual basis. Don't let things go - one thing unfixed or unmaintained can lead to other issues. (Like with the radiator I mentioned that caused the A/C to not cool well.)
Damn, was it Graphite? Did I miss a great buy on a GRAPHITE coupe?

For that money, I'd have got on a plane and come and got it.
