Just a thought to run by you . . . I think you had the Jaguar hood vents. They have an updated newer style that I think drops into the same cut out hole. You might like these . . .poor picture but you'll get the idea . . .

I installed into the stock hood of my rescue roadster . . . Here's a photo . . . and will be installing them into the stock hood of my SSB roadster soon . . . (need more $$$$)
