Default Supercharger Coolant Pump and Coolant

I am in the middle of changing out my coolant pump for the supercharger but here are some issues... First. The pump that is installed is not OEM and not an OEM replacement part... I ordered the Bosch replacement pump a few weeks ago, I managed to get the connector as you'll be able to see it wasn't there on the current pump. Secondly, I have to make a new bracket out of steel wire to fit the current holes to hold the bigger pump in place... Finally, once I remove the current pump and the fluid drains... Do I fill it from the coolant cap on the radiator? I heard that it's a separate system that's why I'm asking, if anyone has info that'd be helpful!
