Did you happen to open up that central locking pump to see that it was clean as new inside? If you're confident it is good to go then I would suggest that you go ahead and replace the anti-theft tow module and see if that fixes things . . . It would also have gotten flooded if your central locking pump was flooded. Let us know your progress and success (or lack of it) . . .
