2015-01-01 - THE BIRTH OF A NEW MARKET AND SITE UPDATE

First would like to thank the whole Crossfire Community, Clubs, Forums, Facebook Groups/Pages for a great 2014 and for making the ownership of a Chrysler Crossfire NA or SRT-6 so much more pleasant! I will never be able to sell this car as long as the XF people keep putting a smile on my face! Biggest news for us here at SRT-6.com - Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 2015 is the launch of CROSSFIREMARKET. It is a new feature that will act as a common market for the whole Chrysler Crossfire community. In addition, SRT-6.com have got a new design, upgraded VIN section with cool new features such as the VIN MAP. But let us start by going through the new market.

CROSSFIREMARKET is a new market made to serve the Chrysler Crossfire community, both NA and SRT-6, where classified ads and parts/accessories listings can be posted, 100% free! Vendors such as Latemodel21, TTM, NeedsWings, Eurocharged, and others also have their products listed and easily searchable and available.

LOOKING TO BUY? Then you can do easy filterable searches i.e. find parts/accessories for your Chrysler Crossfire NA, or if you are looking to buy a 2006 SRT-6. Also available to filter vendors as normal i.e. NeedsWings, SRT-6, engine, and search for a supercharger pulley.

LOOKING TO SELL? Then you have the possibility to list classified ads and/or your new/used products and position it for NA and/or SRT-6 market. Again, all at no cost at all.

WHY? Requests for a common market for the Chrysler Crossfire community have been made by many enthusiasts, vendors included, internationally. Together we will be able to create an international market where we with a push of a button can list or search for cars, parts/accessories.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? It is easy as 1, 2, 3. Login with your Facebook or simply register a free account. Be sure to like the Chrysler Crossfire SRT-6 Facebook page to get the live feed of the latest classified ads, parts/accessories listings. By doing this, latest listings will simply automatically pop-up on your Facebook wall. Then you will know directly when new products from vendors are listed, if that used DCAI you have been looking for months is up for sale, and if any new Chrysler Crossfires are up for sale in your area. Note: As you can see, latest listings are also on a rotating banner top left on every page on SRT-6.com. You can also follow listings/searches with e-mail.

SRT-6.COM - SITE UPDATE

Other than making a few new design changes I have been putting a lot of focus on the VIN section this time around. So let us start taking a look at what has been done.

VIN SECTION:

• SRT-6 VIN Registry - is where to register your SRT-6. All you need is VIN, photo and position and you are set.
• SRT-6 VIN Search – is a search function to see if a SRT-6 has been registered earlier.
• SRT-6 VIN Map - is a world map where all registered SRT-6 have been plotted.
• SRT-6 VIN Statistics – a filterable data table and pie-chart have been added where you can filter and play around.
• SRT-6 VIN Banner - Latest entries in VIN registry are shown on a banner (top left).
• SRT-6 VIN Decorder and guide where to find VIN. Now you can finally find out what all those letters stand for.

SRT-6 INFO:
This new section is added to highlight details and specifics on the SRT-6. Areas such as service details, history, DIY, documents and more will be discussed. I added it as there has been a lack of information, and when accessed the information have not always been 100% correct. I added a button, "add more info", on some of the pages in case you have some additional information or think something is needed to be changed.
