Sometims this is caused by a crack in the wheel
If you are adding air to all the tires I suspect you have corrosion between the tires and the rims also known as a rim leak or a bad bead seal
How old are your tires ?
It is not normal to need to add air that frequently though
Any tire shop should be able to determine the problem
