Do you mean both DS parking lamps? There are four bulbs that come on in the parking position with the switch turned to the right, or there is either the two right or the two left when the switch is turned to the left to positions #1 or #2 respectively.
I am assuming you mean the front DS parking lamp only and not it and/or the DS rear bulb.

The rear PL has been known to come on when using the brakes when the bulb installed there has been reversed 180° or the wrong two filament bulb has been used, I'm not sure which. Evidently in this case the bulb contact straddles both contacts in the bulb holder. This would apply only if you have recently changed the bulb and you never noticed the light coming on since that time. I'm guessing when I say that an inline diode prevents the other PLs coming on.
