I just watched the famous Bullitt chase scene on cable (for about the 50th. time) and it occurred to me, it's been over 38 years since that movie was made. Isn't it about time for Hollywood to come out with a remake?
Essentially, We've got all the proper ingredients. San Francisco still has it's hills, and Trolley cars. Ford offers a heck of a Mustang, and Dodge still makes a Charger RT. (But as good as it is, it does have 4 doors) So maybe the new Challenger could fill in.
Now, who could fill Steve McQueens shoes, and who would play Jacqueline Bissett's part?
Any suggestions?
