The way I've read it, goes as follows:

82mm Y Pipe - Part #: A 113 090 03 29
82mm Throttle Body - Part #: A 273 141 03 25
Throttle Body Gasket -Part #: A 113 141 07 80
SC Inlet Gasket - Part #: A 137 141 07 80

The 113 094 01 03 is for the 82mm "Y" pipe only, which is no longer sold separately anymore.
The A 113 090 03 29 is for the full 82mm assembly which includes the "Y" pipe , both hoses and clamps, and is the only way to get a new Y pipe.
I did manage to procure a used assembly from the salvage yard for around $70. Just make sure that both upper and lower tabs are present on the Y-pipe for a direct snap-on fit.
If you find one with broken tabs dicker the price down . It's still useable with a screw-clamp.
