I have started to replace my Nav radio with this Kenwood, I have the plug converter on order. When I saw the aerial converter,
Metra 40-EU10 Metra 40-EU10
, in post one I realised that if you have the Nav radio you must already have that part.
Converting from the standard radio to the Nav version you are required to change the OEM aerial connecter on the loom to another type and it involved two converters to achieve. The converter with the wire is or is the same as the Metra 40-EU10.
I shall hook up the BT mike next while I wait for the other part to arrive.

This adapter is required on the red end to fit to the Nav unit.
