When my 05 crossfire NA warms up, there's a rough idle.

The engine makes almost confused noises as the revs jump up and down when in neutral.

The Rpms won't drop down below 3,000 sometimes for about 30-45 sec.
There's a slight hissing noise coming from somewhere under my hood.
All that said, car still drives smooth.
