Kinda what I was thinking, when you just fixed something and something else goes rong, the first place to look is the last place you worked.
Second if it is a real fault (and if not it shouldn't latch) then if you clear it will come right back.
If you download the 2005 Service manual, you will find the diagnosis procedure starting on page 21-140
Since it is a standard OBD-II code I suspect that Torque Pro can clear it but do not know,

AFAIK my 2012 Jeep has the same NAG-1 trans. Works well in a 4475 lb (CW) TC with a 3500 lb trailer.
