Since you are one of the very few lucky enough to find a used NW DCAI, I would assume that the retail $800 kit was out of your price range too?!! That 7 yr old thread still applies today to a 14 yr old engine that hasn't seen a mfg upgrade/design change in all that time. I could also link to a very recent thread where it's shown that a "T" produces the same effect as the precious "Y". Maybe the "turbulence by design" was intended by the engineers. Would have been much easier to use a design like the NW but they didn't. I wonder "Y"?
In any case I'll just stick with the buzillions of francs spent on the R&D efforts from MB "In Pursuit Of Excellence"!
Even @ $500 I'm saving over $200 so the "incentive" is always gonna be there!
