I got the car back last night... perfect match to the others. The only spot I could find was a small pit (you really had to look for it) and was probably left on purpose because they really want to be careful about how much metal they remove.

The name of the shop in Houston is Wheels America. They have a web site www.fixrim.com and show. The insurance adjuster seemed very knowledgeable and spoke highly of them, saying he had never had a complaint and that if the wheel has structural damage - they scrap it.
