You know you'll need to have that quarter panel refinished again . . . so figure about $1000.00. Also it seems the owner has been reluctant to give out the VIN #. Be sure to get the VIN and run a CarFax report on the car before you make any deal. Overall, from what I can see, I think $12,000 is still a fair price for that car.
