There's a screw cap where the hand-hold on the beige trim is. Pop that off and you'll see a Torx screw(T25 I believe). Remove the screw and pull down on the plastic. There are six plastic retainers that hold it on. From there you'll see the 14 or 16 10mm nuts that hold the assembly to the hatch. Remove them and carefully lift the spoiler assembly out. I ran a bead of ultra-flex black RTV on the inside of the foam liner that is already there, and another on the hatch around the perimeter of all of the bolt holes. No water gets in now!
